Description
The softness of the violet unveils a glorious sandalwood, in a cloud of musk and antique resin with amber and leather reverberations.
Context
222 is a treasure whose anonymous inventor forgot about in a drawer, until Paul Vacher discovered it when he took over Le Galion. This enigmatic creation, no doubt too daring for its time, speaks of hot and mystical lands, a nod to the House’s propensity for travelling.
A word from our perfumer
“The violet develops progressively into this beautiful sandalwood, at once smooth and balsamic. And just the right amount of leather to be lascivious, yet contained.”
Thomas Fontaine
